LullaLoop does not collect, store, or share any personal data with third parties. Your recordings and settings stay on your device and, if you choose, in your private iCloud account.

1. Information We Collect

LullaLoop does not collect any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, and we do not track your usage or behavior.

2. Microphone Access

LullaLoop requests access to your device's microphone solely to let you record audio within the app. Microphone data is:

Processed and stored entirely on your device
Never transmitted to any external server
Never shared with third parties
Fully under your control — you can delete any recording at any time

3. iCloud Sync

If you enable Cloud Sync in the app's settings, LullaLoop stores your recordings, playlists, and sound presets in your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud Documents service. This data is:

Stored in your private iCloud container — only accessible by you
Protected by Apple's iCloud security and encryption
Not accessible to us or any third party
Synced only between your own devices signed in to the same Apple ID

You can disable Cloud Sync at any time in the app's settings. iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Local Data Storage

All app data — including recordings, playlists, white noise presets, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud Sync.

5. Analytics and Tracking

LullaLoop does not use any analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party SDKs. We do not collect crash reports, usage statistics, or any form of telemetry.

6. Third-Party Services

LullaLoop does not integrate with any third-party services, ad networks, or analytics platforms.

7. Children's Privacy

LullaLoop does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is designed to be used by parents and caregivers, and no personal data is collected from any user.
